How to Spa/FAQs

Arrival
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your treatment to allow time
for check-in and preparation for your service. If you are delayed in
your arrival, please remember that your service will end at its original
time to avoid inconveniencing other guests.

Please respect the tranquility of the spa by not talking on your cell
phone while in the spa.

For the health and safety of your child, use of the steam room and
Jacuzzi is contraindicated for those under 16 years of age.

Clothing
We suggest you bring a bathing suit to enjoy our pool, cold plunge and
Jacuzzi. You will be provided a robe and spa sandals for your day use
at the spa. Our licensed therapists are trained in proper draping to
assure you are properly covered during the treatment and your privacy
will always be respected. If you feel more comfortable, you may wear
your undergarments.

Medical Conditions
A brief medical questionnaire will be given to you at the time of checkin.
Please indicate any medical conditions or disabilities that may be
affected by your treatment, such as high blood pressure, allergies,
heart ailments or pregnancy. Please inform us of any allergies or
sensitivities when scheduling your spa services.

Valuables
Please do not bring jewelry or other valuables to the spa. Lazule Sea
Spa does not assume any liability for the loss of personal items.

Service Charges
As a convenience, an automatic 20% service charge is added to
all services and includes a 16% gratuity for the service provider(s).
Additional gratuities are optional.

Cancellations
We strongly adhere to our cancellation policy. Please make
appointment changes or cancellations 24 hours prior to your
scheduled appointment. Cancellations not made within 24 hours of
your treatment time will be charged at 50% of the treatment rate. No
shows and are charged 100%.

Suggestions
The use of shower or steam best prepares your body for its treatment.
We suggest you do not shave prior to any scrub, pedicure or prior to
a menís facial. It is suggested that no coffee or alcohol be consumed
prior to your treatment. Adequate amounts of water should be
consumed following.

Reservations
Appointments may be scheduled any time during operational hours
from 8am-9pm. We suggest scheduling appointments several weeks
in advance. A credit card or room reservation is necessary to hold a
reservation. If you have a specific gender request please note that
at time of reservation, we will do our best to accommodate your
preference, however, it cannot be guaranteed.

Gifts
A spa Gift Card is a wonderful way to extend gratitude. Gift Cards are
beautifully packaged and are available in any denomination. Corporate
gift packages are also available.
